Sikkim University collects moderate fees from its students who belong to economically disadvantageous background and offers remission of tuition fee to certain categories of students. Broadly the fees are for two categories of students, one joining laboratory-based departments and the other joining non-laboratory-based departments.
Most fees are paid only once at the time of admission. However, tuition fee and hostel charges are paid at the beginning of each semester. Higher fees are charged for departments offering courses that are listed separately. Remission of tuition fees for certain category of students is available for the Academic Year 2014-2015.

N.B. :
Applicants selected for more than one programme shall exercise their choice of admission by July 15, 2014 whereupon the vacated position will be offered to waitlisted candidates as per merit.
NOTE :
All the candidates applying through downloaded ADMISSION FORM must send Rs. 100/- in the form of Demand Draft, in favour of Sikkim University payable at Gangtok.
